The Build Is Done. The Handover Isn't.

The work is complete, the punch list is closing, and the client is scheduled to walk the space Thursday morning. Then you look around.

Drywall dust on every horizontal surface. Adhesive residue on the windows. Debris in the corners of rooms that were finished weeks ago. Fine dust already settling back onto everything that was wiped yesterday.

A build can be flawless and still fail the first impression. And when the final clean runs late, it isn't the cleaning crew that gets the phone call — it's you.

That's the part we take off your plate.

What We Do

The Final Trade, Handled Like a Trade

Post Construction Cleaning from D&D Prestige is the complete removal of construction dust, debris, and residue from a finished build — coordinated around your schedule and your other subcontractors, not against them.

We've been a preferred subcontractor on commercial construction projects since 2021, including work at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, New Jersey. We know how a job site runs, how quickly a handover date moves, and what a general contractor needs from the crew that comes in last.

Scope is defined with you in writing before we mobilize, and the site is walked with you before we leave.

Projects We Handle

New residential construction and custom homes

Commercial buildouts and tenant improvements

Office, retail, and warehouse construction

Multi-unit and multi-phase developments

Institutional and municipal projects

Additions and structural expansions

Scheduling

We Work to Your Handover Date, Not Ours

Rough Clean — During Construction

Debris removal and site clearing between phases, so trades can keep working in a space that isn't fighting against them.

Final Clean — Before Handover

The full detail pass. Dust, residue, adhesive, and haze removed so the finished work shows exactly the way it was built to.

Touch-Up Clean — Before Walkthrough

Construction dust keeps settling after the final clean. A short pass immediately before the client or inspector arrives makes the difference between finished and nearly finished.

Nights, Weekends, and Phased Sites

We work weekends and evenings, and we coordinate around active trades on phased projects. Multi-site and multi-phase work runs under one point of contact.

Why Contractors Choose Us

Contractors Don't Rehire on Price. They Rehire on Dates Met.

Carrier Mausoleums Construction has kept us as a preferred subcontractor since 2021. That relationship didn't survive on estimates — it survived on delivery.

01

On Schedule, On Budget, On Record

We've delivered post-construction work on commercial projects including Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ. Same scope, same dates, same number we quoted.

02

Fully Insured and Site-Ready

General liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates available on request. Every crew member is background-checked. No delays getting us approved on your site.

03

Scope in Writing, Site Walked at Completion

You get a defined written scope before we mobilize and a walkthrough with our team before we leave. Nothing renegotiated mid-project, nothing discovered after we're gone.

04

We Understand Dust Doesn't Stop

Fine construction dust keeps settling for days. We plan repeat passes into the schedule instead of cleaning once and calling it complete — which is why our sites still look clean at walkthrough.
