One-Time Cleaning Services in New Jersey and the New York Metro Area
No contract. No schedule. No commitment. Just one thorough cleaning, done the same way we'd do it for a client we see every week.
Sometimes You Just Need It Cleaned. Once.
Guests arriving Friday. A week that got away from you. A house that's fine most of the time and simply isn't this week.
You don't need a schedule. You don't need a consultation about your long-term cleaning goals. You need someone to show up, do the job properly, and leave the place better than they found it.
That shouldn't require signing up for anything.
So it doesn't.
The Same Standard, Just Without the Schedule
One-Time Cleaning covers our full standard scope — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and everything in between. It's the same work, the same crew, and the same attention to detail our recurring clients get.
The only difference is what happens afterward: nothing. No follow-up schedule, no automatic booking, no obligation to continue. If you want us back someday, you call. If you don't, that's completely fine.

Four Steps. That's the Whole Process.
Tell Us About the Space
Size, condition, and anything specific you want handled. A phone call or a short form is enough.
Get Your Quote
We look at the size and condition of your home and quote what's fair for that visit. No membership, no hidden second visit. Most requests get a response within two hours.
Pick a Date
We typically schedule about a week out, and we often have earlier openings. Weekend and evening availability included.
We Clean. That's It.
No follow-up calls, no auto-renewal, no sales pitch at the door. If you'd like us back, we're a phone call away.
One Visit Is Still Someone in Your Home
The four reasons homeowners trust us with the most important cleaning jobs.
A Company, Not a Listing
We're an established business — licensed, insured, and carrying workers' compensation coverage, with corporate contracts and a reputation built since 2004. There's an actual company behind the person at your door, and an actual number to call if anything comes up.
Same Standard, Single Visit
We don't run a lighter version of our service for one-time clients. The crew, the training, and the checklist are identical to what our long-term clients get every week.
Background-Checked, Every Time
Every member of our team is vetted and background-checked before they set foot in a client's home. That applies whether we're there once or every week.
Detail Where It's Easy to Skip
Baseboards. Corners. Behind and around. These are the areas that separate a real cleaning from a quick pass — and they're not optional for us, regardless of how often we come.
We just moved in and Fabricia and her crew came over to do a move in cleaning. They worked around our boxes and managed to make it look terrific. Pleasant to work with, friendly and on time. We will have them back!
Questions About One-Time Cleaning
No. One visit, one price, and that's the end of it unless you decide otherwise.
No. One-Time Cleaning is our standard scope in a single visit. Deep Cleaning goes further — inside appliances, behind furniture, and into the places routine cleaning doesn't reach. If you're not sure which you need, describe the space and we'll tell you.
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We work from average rates and adjust based on what's actually there, so the price is fair to you. We quote before we start, and the number doesn't change afterward.
We don't hold you to a flat minimum. We look at the size and condition of the space and quote accordingly.
Usually about a week out, though we often have earlier openings. Call and we'll tell you what's available.
Yes. Weekends and evenings are both available.
Not necessarily. Some clients let us in and head out. Others prefer to stay. Both work.
Yes. We bring our own professional-grade products and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home, we're glad to work with yours.
Yes to both. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and every team member is background-checked before their first job.
Always. Some clients call us twice a year, others once and never again. Both are perfectly normal.
Just tell us. We'll set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly service whenever you're ready — and there's no pressure to decide now or ever.
