Moving Is Already Enough. Cleaning Two Homes Shouldn't Be Part of It.

There's the place you're leaving, where a security deposit or a closing depends on how it looks. And there's the place you're arriving at, where someone else lived for years and you'd rather not think about what's inside the cabinets.

Both need to be cleaned. Both have a deadline. And both land in the same week — the week you're already packing, coordinating movers, transferring utilities, and running out of hours.

Most people end up doing it themselves at eleven at night, in a house with no furniture and no energy left.

There's a better way to spend that week.

What We Do

Two Cleanings, One Move, One Team

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning is a complete, empty-home cleaning built for the moment a property changes hands. It goes deeper than routine service because it has to — nobody inspects a home more carefully than a landlord holding a deposit or a buyer at final walkthrough.

Moving Out

We clean the home to inspection standard: inside cabinets, inside closets, appliances, bathrooms, baseboards, and every surface a walkthrough touches. The goal is simple — nothing on the list, nothing withheld.

Moving In

We clean before your life arrives. Everything the previous occupants left behind gets removed, sanitized, and reset, so the first night in your new home doesn't start with a bucket.

Both Ends

Most clients book both. Same team, same standard, coordinated across two addresses and one moving date — with a single point of contact for the whole thing.

Who Books This Service

Homeowners buying, selling, or closing on a property

Renters at the end of a lease, protecting a security deposit

Families moving into a home someone else just left

Landlords and property managers preparing a unit for the next tenant

Real estate agents getting a listing ready to show

Anyone moving with a deadline and no time left in the week

  • Behind and underneath movable appliances

Timing

We Work to the Closing Date, the Handover, and Everything Between

After the Truck Leaves, Before the Inspection

The ideal window for a move-out clean. The home is empty, we can reach everything, and there's still time before the landlord or buyer walks through. Give us the inspection date and we'll work backward from it.

Before the Truck Arrives

The ideal window for a move-in clean. An empty home cleans faster, costs less, and gets cleaned far more thoroughly than one filling up with boxes.

Around the Boxes

Timing doesn't always cooperate. We've cleaned plenty of homes mid-move, working around whatever has already arrived — and clients are consistently surprised by how much we still reach.

On Short Notice

We typically book about a week out and often have earlier openings. Weekends and evenings are available, which matters when the closing date isn't negotiable.

Tell us your moving date and we'll tell you honestly what's available.

Why Movers Choose Us

On a Moving Week, Showing Up on Time Is Half the Service

Two of our clients described the same thing in their reviews: we arrived when we said we would, worked around what was in the way, and finished the job. On a moving week, that's what actually matters.

01

We Clean to Inspection Standard, Not to Appearance

Landlords check inside cabinets. Buyers open closets. Property managers run a list. We clean the places that get inspected, not just the places that get seen — which is what protects a deposit or closes a walkthrough without a callback.

02

On Time, on a Week When Nothing Else Is

Moving days move. Ours don't. We arrive when we said we would, because on your schedule that week, there is no room for a crew that runs late.

03

Licensed, Insured, and Background-Checked

General liability and workers' compensation coverage, with every team member background-checked. If you're handing over keys to an empty property, that should be the minimum.

04

We've Done This With the Boxes Still There

Ideal timing is rare during a move. We're used to working around whatever has already arrived, and we still deliver a home that looks like nothing was in the way.

Client Reviews

Two Moves. Two Reviews. Same Week Nobody Wants to Repeat.

Fabricia and her team did a great job cleaning our new house before we moved in! They were fast but thorough and did an amazing job. Great service with a smile, and at a fair price. Friendly and professional. We will most definitely use their services again in the future.
Anna Lee Move-In Cleaning
We just moved in and Fabrizia and her crew came over to do a move in cleaning. They worked around our boxes and managed to make it look terrific. Pleasant to work with, friendly and on time. We will have them back!
